With a deep dedication to improving the lives of patients living with graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), Incyte launched the Incyte Ingenuity Awards in GVHD – an award program that provides funding to two innovative initiatives that address specific needs for people impacted by GVHD, including patients, their providers or caregivers.
GVHD is a life-threatening condition that can occur after an allogeneic stem cell transplant, or the transfer of stem cells from a donor, where the donated cells initiate an immune response and attack the transplant recipient’s organs, leading to significant morbidity and mortality.
This year brings a streamlined application process for applicants, beginning with a letter of intent, followed by a more detailed application for selected applicants.
